After David returned from service in the U.S. Army overseas, he worked in the banking industry while attending college. David Graduated from Rutgers University – School of Business with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, and was inducted into Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society. In 1991, David moved to New York state and started his career in public accounting. He passed the CPA exam in a single sitting in 1993. David worked his way from a staff accountant to a senior account, to the managing accountant in a large local firm. David started his own business as a sole proprietor in the late 1990’s In 2003 David incorporated and purchased the practice he was managing. He merged his private practice into the Firm and has consistently grown the clientele every year since.

David has served as treasurer for many Non-profit organizations, and is currently the Finance Officer of a local American Legion Riders Chapter, a non-profit veterans motorcycle organization that raises funds and awareness for our troops and veterans.

Bob graduated from Siena College with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1967 and worked at several local accounting firms. He moved back to Kingston, NY in 1970, went into the private sector for a while, and in 1978 started his own practice. A CPA since 1982, he has worked with individuals, all business entity types, and not-for-profits, as well as trusts and estates. He has provided all levels of service, from compilations to reviews and audits. Bob sold his sole practice in 2000, and has continued to work with many of his original clients. His areas of concentration are individual taxation and planning, small business, estate and trust income taxation, elder-care issues, and like-kind exchanges. Bob is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Tax Practitioners (NATP).

Debbie grew up in Highland, NY and still resides in the Hudson Valley. She graduated from Kingston, High School and SUNY Ulster. Debbie started working in the accounting industry in 1991 at a small one-person Hudson Valley office. Then she moved on to a larger firm where, in her almost twenty years, gained vast knowledge and experience in the Accounting and Tax field. Debbie joined our firm in 2015 and has become an instrumental component of our team. Here she can have more personal contact with clients and help them with their various business and tax needs. Outside of work Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and outdoor activities.

Lynda joined our Firm in August 2019. She grew up in Albany, NY and attended Hudson Valley Community College majoring in Spanish. She has extensive office background, 10+ years with Prudential Insurance, Industrial Medicine Associates. Her management experience comes from managing multiple restaurants, including Ben and Jerry's and McDonalds. Lynda loves to travel and use her knowledge of the Spanish language by visiting the Dominican Republic and Mexico many times. She hopes to get to Europe sometime to visit her family in Italy and expand her knowledge of the Italian language.
